Well, a perfect result of referendum in Turkey. A wise choice in the era when there is no other option but to adopt the democratic values of the modern world. It is the PEOPLE and only PEOPLE who have the right to govern their country and not any Judiciary or Army and if people make the wrong choice, they get to suffer the consequences as is the case in Pakistan.
AKP has done a great job not only in domestic affairs like Economy and welfare but also helped Turkey make a good reputation in the world by making their voice heard whether it was something they supported or protested against.

The opposition parties, CHP and MHP, opposed the amendments because the army and judiciary had always acted in a way which kept them in power for three quarters of a century and as a result, if we see just one aspect, i.e. economy, there was a disaster, not to mention the level of corruption and human right violations.
CHP seems to have just one task of simply defending Turkey’s Secular Traditions and no clear plan on how to build the country and this is not going to help them in Elections next year.
While Mr Erdogan turned out to be a clear winner in this campaign, he needs to build bridges with other parties in order to end the divisive atmosphere in the country and take Turkey forward
It will be a real challenging task for Mr Erdogan given his combat nature and intolerance of criticism at times but reward will be huge, a forward looking united Turkey.
